Q: How many treatments a week should I do?
A: Two to three treatments a week are recommended. The more treatments, the better the results!

A: You watch a very relaxing and informative psycho visual DVD on stress control.
Q: Do I watch the same psycho visual DVD for every treatment?
A: Yes. The psycho visual DVDs are designed to be watched repeatedly on a regular basis to achieve their desired results. The more frequently you watch a particular DVD the faster and better the results!
Q: Are there are any additional DVDs available for purchase which I can use in conjunction with or in place of the stress control DVD?
A: Yes. You can purchase the following DVDs separately: positivity, relax and let go, weight control, stop smoking, self confidence, mind and hypnosis, freedom from tranquilizers.
Q: How soon can I expect to feel and see results?
A: Many people experience significant results after their first treatment! After three treatments you will definitely be feeling and seeing results.
Q: What type of results can I expect to see and feel right away?
A: You can expect to experience more physical and mental energy, notice an improvement in skin tone and complexion, be more limber, have more mental clarity, be able to breathe better, have better and more frequent bowel movements, have less pain and joint stiffness, reduce swellings, rid your body of excess water weight, burn body fat and a myriad of other health benefits discussed throughout the web site!
Q: How do I clean it?
A: The unit is basically self cleaning! All you need to do is put some paper towels around your neck and a towel on the chair that comes with the unit. The towel and paper towels will soak up most of the water. When you are finished with your treatment, you stand up, wipe yourself off, and then step out of the unit. There will be a puddle of water under the foot pad which you will want to soak up with the towel. There may be some additional small puddles of water on the floor pad. After soaking up all the water simply zip up the unit, cover the neck hole with the attached flap and ozonate for 10 minutes, then unzip unit and let air dry for 30 minutes before folding up and storing! Do not use any type of cleaning or disinfectant products on the unit!
Q: What comes with the unit?
A: the ozone generator, a far infrared sauna belt, a far infrared heating pad, a magnetic head band, magnetic wrist bands, a chair and a stress control DVD!
Q: Should I hydrate before or after using the unit?
A: It is advisable to drink one 16oz glass of water before and one 16oz glass of water after using the unit. We should drink at least a half gallon to a gallon of purified or distilled water every day to keep hydrated!
Q: How hot does the unit get?
A: The unit gets quite warm but not hot inside. Because your head is sticking outside of the unit people who cannot tolerate heat are able to use the Synergy Wellness System! Far infrared rays work by penetrating deep on a cellular level and turning us into the heat generator, not by heating the air.
Q: How long does it take to break a sweat in the unit?
A: Everyone is different but typically it takes about 15-20 minutes; it is the last 10-15 minutes that you really start sweating; this shows the far infrared rays are turning you into the heat generator and pulling the toxins out on a deep, cellular level!
Q: How is the unit made?
A: The unit has a stiff hinged frame made out of a specially coated durable, light weight material which has a special nylon like material cover. The unit is totally enclosed so there is no concern of water getting on your floor!
Q: What are the measurements and weight of the unit?
A: The unit weighs (approx 16lbs) is portable (folds up and unfolds like a tent) and has a built in handle. Its measurements are approx: 32inches wide x 34inches deep x 41inches high.
Q: Is it easy to unfold and fold up?
A: Very! It only takes a few minutes to unfold and fold.
Q: I am a large person will I fit in it?
A: The unit was designed to fit people of all shapes and sizes.
Q: Is there anything else I should know?
A: Yes! You should not fold the removable floor pad with the unit to avoid overstretching and tearing the fabric of the unit. Water tends to get under and on the bottom of the floor pad so after a treatment make sure to take the floor pad out of the unit, wipe up any water under and on the bottom of the floor pad, then put the floor pad back in the unit for ozonation (there is nylon like material under the foot pad). Do not lean on the unit as it is durable but not made to be leaned on! Do not step on the small bump in the middle top end of the foot pad.
